MSD Ballot Issues Townhalls

Election Day is April 6, 2021

On April 6, 2021, voters in St. Louis City and St. Louis County will go to the polls to vote on vital issues related to their sewer service. Voters will vote on Proposition Y which will determine how MSD funds $1.58 billion worth of capital improvements from FY 2021 to FY 2024. There will also be several potential changes to MSD’s Charter on the ballot as well.

MSD Virtual Townhalls

Join MSD staff for a series of virtual townhalls regarding MSD’s upcoming April ballot issues. These townhalls will feature a presentation by MSD’s Executive Director & CEO Brian Hoelscher who will also be taking questions from residents.

  3. Wednesday, March 24 at 6pm
  4. Wednesday, March 31 at 6pm
