Sharing Insights. Protecting Our Communities.
In keeping with our vision to deliver Quality Service Always, the 1,000+ employees of MSD are dedicated to building strong relationships with our customers by keeping our commitments, providing excellent service, and transparency in everything we do. Like the 1.3 million population we serve, our service area is large and diverse, encompassing three major watersheds (the Mississippi River, the Missouri River, and the Meramec River watersheds) covering approximately 520 square miles of St. Louis City and County. Keeping our waterways safe and clean and our customers informed are our top priorities.
Commitment to Community
Whether you receive a statement, see work crews upgrading our infrastructure, or experience flooding in your neighborhood after a heavy rain, every touchpoint with MSD is an opportunity for us to serve you better. Our customers and their needs matter greatly to us. Maintaining clear, open communication is a priority at MSD.
