A low-interest working capital revolving loan program is available to assist minority and women business enterprises seeking to perform work on the MSD CIRP.
Gain advanced training in wastewater management with a scholarship to the Environmental Resource Training Center at SIUE.
The goal of this unique program is to generate job training and employment for community residents, business opportunities for St. Louis minority-owned and women-owned businesses, as well as educational opportunities for school children in select communities.
