Payments made in person can be check or cash. Payments made online are by credit card only (processing fee of 2.5% applies).

Plan Review Fees

These fees can be combined into one form of payment.

Permit and Inspection Fees

These fees must be paid by the licensed drainlayer who will obtain the permits.

Escrow Fees

Construction Escrow and BMP

Escrow must be paid by cash, credit card (ACA only), cashier’s check, wire transfer, or Letter of Credit. No personal or corporate checks accepted.

As-Built Deposit must be paid by cash, personal check, corporate check, cashier’s check, credit card (ACA only), wire transfer or Letter of Credit.
