This is to notify you that the District is requesting comments from the public on the DRAFT 2027 Rules and Regulations and Engineering Design Requirements for Sanitary Sewage and Stormwater Drainage Facilities (July 1, 2026). All plans submitted will be subject to the following proposed schedule:

MSD will be hosting a public meeting on Wednesday July 29, 2026, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm to explain some of the updates and answer questions. You can attend the meeting in-person at MSD headquarters 2350 Market Street, St. Louis, MO, 63103 in Conference room 109, or you can attend virtually here.
