MSD’s Board of Trustees will meet this Thursday in a special session. The meeting is at 9:30 a.m. at MSD’s offices at 2350 Market Street, St. Louis, 63103. The purpose of the special session is to introduce an ordinance calling for a bond election to be held on February 7, 2012 on the proposition whether to issue $945,000,000.00 in sewer revenue bonds. Thursday’s special board meeting is open to the public.
