MSD needs your feedback on the draft of the St. Louis County Phase II Stormwater Management Plan Third Permit Term for 2013-2018. The plan draft can be viewed here. To make comments, please use the comment form located here. Comments must be received by November 4. MSD partners with St. Louis County and 58 municipalities (co-permittees) to comply with stormwater permit requirements for the St. Louis Metropolitan Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4). The purpose of the St. Louis County Phase II Stormwater Management Plan is to improve area water quality by preventing harmful pollutants from being carried by storm water runoff into local water bodies.
