MSD staff will be accepting applications and answering questions about our Low Income Assistance Program at Festival of Nations, being held at Tower Grove Park, on August 24-25. The program is in place for qualified low-income, elderly and disabled customers who receive sewer and storm service. You must own and/or reside as a tenant in the property for which you are applying to receive rate reduction. Qualified customers will receive a rate reduction equal to 50% of the current charges for wastewater and/or storm water services on their monthly sewer bill. Festival of Nations is open from 10 am to 7 pm on Saturday, and 10 am to 6pm on Sunday. Admission is free. Go to http://www.festivalofnationsstl.org/ for more information
