A man has died after an incident with a forklift in St. Charles County. He was identified Thursday afternoon as Kenneth Atchison, 36, of St. Clair, Missouri.

At about 6:30 a.m., emergency crews responded to R&R Contracting at 818 Lone Star Drive in O’Fallon, Missouri.
Employees told police they arrived at work to find Atchison unresponsive in what appeared to be an industrial-related death involving a forklift. Atchison was pronounced dead at the scene.
