The District’s Board of Trustees is looking for organizations or agencies interested in filling 10 positions on MSD’s Rate Commission. The 15 member Commission represents a cross-section of the St. Louis Community. It is the Commission’s responsibility to review any proposed adjustments to the rates, fees, or taxes charged or levied by MSD. The Rate Commission is expected to receive a proposal for stormwater rates in 2018 and for wastewater rates in 2019.
