Kirkwood man frustrated by repeated pollution of creek near community college

The oil appeared weeks after a truck’s hydraulic line broke in late November at St. Louis Community College’s Meramec campus, which sits less than 600 feet from Warden’s house. The oil traveled through a storm drain that dumps into the creek off Big Bend and Geyer roads.
