MSD’s recently retired CEO was paid more than $100,000 for unused vacation, sick time

Hoelscher retired with 66 unused vacation days, MSD said. He also had 335 unused sick days, but was only paid for 122 of them, since his payment reached the utility’s limit of $50,000.
