St. Louis lawmaker is fined nearly $1,400 for unpaid sewer bills

The judgment was entered Wednesday against state Rep. Marty Joe Murray by Associate Circuit Judge Michael R. Dauphin. Murray had failed to appear in court for a hearing, according to court documents.
