MSD is conducting a disparity study to determine whether its sewer construction, building construction, engineering professional services, non-engineering professional services, supplies, and contractual services contracts are being awarded to qualified contractors. MSD will host community meetings regarding the study. The meetings are at the St. Louis Community College-William J. Harrison Education Center, 3140 Cass Avenue, 63106 at the following times:
- June 21 at 6pm
- June 22 at 9am and 1pm
Mason Tillman Associates, Ltd., a nationally recognized public policy firm, is conducting the disparity study. Mason Tillman has conducted disparity studies in 117 communities across the country. The survey should be completed by businesses that wish to be interviewed concerning their experiences contracting or attempting to contract with MSD. The business survey is also available online.
