The documents posted here were the materials used by MSD staff at the Board Stakeholder Committee meeting, held on Monday, December 14, 2015, at 3:00 PM. Included is the presentation used by MSD staff; the script staff used for the presentation; and the presentation made by the Community Benefit Agreement (CBA) signatories at the November 4, 2015, Board Stakeholder Committee meeting. As a whole, these materials represent MSD staff’s response to the accusations made by the CBA signatories and the misinformation that was presented at the November 4th meeting.
