MSD staff will be accepting applications and answering questions about our Low Income Assistance Program at the Missouri Black Expo, being held at Chaifetz Arena, on August 10-11. The program is in place for qualified low-income, elderly and disabled customers who receive sewer and storm service. You must own and/or reside as a tenant in the property for which you are applying to receive rate reduction. Qualified customers will receive a rate reduction equal to 50% of the current charges for wastewater and/or storm water services on their monthly sewer bill. It’s recommended that applicants bring state ID and proof of income to booth 418 to expedite the process.
