Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District says leader Brian Hoelscher will leave next year

Hoelscher said in a letter Monday that he’s approaching his 64th birthday and “my decision to retire, which I’ve discussed openly for over a year, is a personal one and has no connection to any current issues, operations or plans here at MSD.”
