Voters approve MSD propositions, conservatives lose area school board races

Had the proposal failed, customer bills would have gone up much more steeply as MSD would have paid for the work with upfront cash instead of spreading out the cost over many years. There would have been two massive jumps of about 35% in each of the next two years.
