RFQ process postponed

Addendum No. 1 to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Bissell & Lemay WWTF Fluidized Bed Incinerators Design-Build project has been posted in the MSD Plan Room website, https://www.stlmsdplanroom.com/, and is now available for downloading.

The District has received a protest related to the ISS pre-qualification results. Under the District’s protest procedure, all scheduled activities for the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) are being suspended until further notice.
