The northbound lane of Lemay Ferry Road at the intersection at Keller Plaza Drive was reopened this morning. Crews with the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD) have completed emergency repair work on a section of Lemay Ferry Road that collapsed near Keller Plaza Drive.
The collapsed sewer main was initially identified on Monday, February 23rd. Repair work began the following day, but the scope of the problem was larger than visual inspections could originally determine. MSD brought on a larger contractor with more resources and experience with issues of this size to complete the repair.
