The swollen Missouri and Mississippi rivers are closing hundreds of roads, inundating homes and businesses, and caused about a dozen buildings in downtown St. Louis, like Busch Stadium, to be without hot water for some time.
ALERT: Due to a system error, some customers’ automatic payments for the month of May were not received. Affected customers will be notified and May bills will be drafted along with June bills.
