ST. LOUIS — A church in north St. Louis has embarked on an $800,000 effort to build a series of giant rain gardens on its property, aimed at catching stormwater just long enough to stop it from overwhelming the city sewer system.
ALERT: Due to a system error, some customers’ automatic payments for the month of May were not received. Affected customers will be notified and May bills will be drafted along with June bills.
