St. Louis Metropolitan Sewer District, MSHP prepare for possible flash flooding

The Metropolitan Sewer District said if you have time before the rain hits, then do a quick check around your outside storm drain or pick up things from your yard that could wash down to the drain where it should be rather than into your house.
