Hathaway Drive Sanitary Relief (13432)

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, MSD Project Clear is designing a project to replace undersized sewers in the City of Jennings on Hathaway Drive between Jennings Station Road and Lewis and Clark Blvd. Woods has been selected as the Design Consultant for this project. This project is estimated to begin construction in 2023.

Larimore Storm Sewer (11530) – COMPLETED

Geyer and Windsor Springs will reduce basement backups and sewer overflows by replacing undersized sewers in the Cities of Kirkwood and Sunset Hills, and improving the Windsor Springs pump station.

Saylesville Sanitary Relief (Saylesville Dr to S Greentrails Dr) (12200)

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups, sewer overflows, and to improve creek bank stabilization, MSD Project Clear is constructing a project to replace approximately 4,000 feet of sewer and stabilize approximately 210 feet of a natural creek in the City of Chesterfield.

GC-06 Sanitary Relief Phase II (12157)

Geyer and Windsor Springs will reduce basement backups and sewer overflows by replacing undersized sewers in the Cities of Kirkwood and Sunset Hills, and improving the Windsor Springs pump station.

Lower Meramec Tunnel Phase 2

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, MSD Project Clear is replacing approximately 4,140 feet of sewer in South County near the generally along Christopher Drive and Nellie Avenue in Unincorporated St. Louis County.

Glenfield Sanitary Relief (12264)

Geyer and Windsor Springs will reduce basement backups and sewer overflows by replacing undersized sewers in the Cities of Kirkwood and Sunset Hills, and improving the Windsor Springs pump station.

East Watson Sanitary Relief (12152)

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, MSD Project Clear is constructing approximately 4,580 feet of sewer in the Citys of Sunset Hills and Crestwood. The East Watson Sanitary Relief project will increase the size of the wastewater sewer which will reduce basement backups and prevent sewer overflows in this area.

Spring Avenue Sanitary Relief (12208)

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, MSD Project Clear is replacing approximately 2,600 feet of sewer in the City of Webster Groves. The Spring Avenue Sanitary Relief project will increase the size of the wastewater sewer which will reduce basement backups and prevent sewer overflows in this area. Construction is scheduled to begin in Spring of 2021 with anticipated completion in the Fall of 2022.
