Degiverville will reduce basement backups and sewer overflows in the Central West End neighborhood and enagle MSD to perform continued maintenance on the wastewater sewer system in this area. MSD Project Clear is building retaining walls around three manholes and replacing sections of pipe susceptible to chronic tree root intrusion.
FF-07 Fee Fee Creek Sanitary Relief (10012)
Fee-Fee Creek Sanitary Relief will reduce basement backups, relieve overcharged wastewater sewers, and sewer overflows by replacing approximately 3,700 feet of undersized wastewater sewer in unincorporated St. Louis County near the intersection of Schuetz Road and Lindbergh Boulevard.
West Lockwood Sanitary Relief (Project #11679)
As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, MSD Project Clear is replacing approximately 3,290 feet of sewer in the City of Webster Groves. The West Lockwood Sanitary Relief project will increase the size of the wastewater sewer which will reduce basement backups and prevent sewer overflows in this area.
Conway Village Sanitary Relief (12131)
The Creve Coeur Creek Trunk Sewer project will alleviate basement backups and sewer overflows along Creve Coeur Creek in southeast Chesterfield. Improvements include replacement of older smaller wastewater pipes with new larger pipes in order to increase the capacity of the wastewater system between Baxter and Schoettler.
Lindley Drive Sanitary Relief (12329)
As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, MSD Project Clear is replacing approximately 6,200 feet of sewer in the City of Olivette. The Lindley Drive Sanitary Relief project will increase the size of the wastewater sewer which will reduce basement backups and prevent sewer overflows in this area.
