Black Creek – Haddington Court Relief Sewers (11847)

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, MSD Project Clear is designing a project to construct approximately 8,500 feet of wastewater pipe in City of Ladue. The project is estimated to begin construction as early as the Spring of 2023.

Grand Glaize Trunk Sanitary Relief (12272)

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, MSD Project Clear is designing a project to replace approximately 1,726 feet of wastewater pipe in City of Ballwin. The project is estimated to begin construction as early as the Spring of 2022.

Brentwood and Red Bud CSO Elimination (12139)

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, MSD Project Clear is designing a project to replace approximately 9,200 feet of wastewater sewer and 4,200 feet of stormwater sewer in the cities of Richmond Heights and Clayton, Missouri. MSD Project Clear will also disconnect sources where stormwater and groundwater enter the wastewater sewers (known as inflow and infiltration) from approximately 65 private properties.

Canterbury and Roland Sanitary Relief (Nelson Dr to Roland Blvd) (#12110)

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups, sewer overflows, and to improve creek bank stabilization, MSD Project Clear is designing a project to replace approximately 1,682 feet of sewer and stabilizing approximately 680 feet of a natural creek in the Cities of Pasadena Hills and Northwoods. The project is estimated to begin construction in the Spring of 2022.

Park Drive Sanitary Relief (12163)

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, MSD Project Clear is replacing approximately 2,300 feet of sewer in the City of Pagedale near St. Vincent County Park.

Bellefontaine #2 Sanitary Relief

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, MSD Project Clear is replacing approximately 3,500 feet of sewer in the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors. MSD Project Clear will increase the size of the wastewater sewer which will reduce basement backups and prevent sewer overflows in this area.
