Human Resources
The professionals making up MSD’s HR department find, train, develop, and keep the best team members possible.
Finance
MSD’s Finance team expertly manages revenue and expenditures to help the District meet its objectives while keeping rates reasonable and service exemplary.

Our IT group manages the technology that enables all departments to communicate and collaborate. We also keep the community connected with easy access to information, service help, and payment options.
Engineering
The Engineering team plans, designs, and builds the sewer infrastructure our region relies on. By keeping the District compliant with environmental regulations, we help protect our community’s precious water resources.
Operations & Maintenance
The largest department in the District, Operations & Maintenance manages seven treatment plants, approximately 279 pump stations, and over 9,600 miles of wastewater and stormwater sewers, as well as the customer service call center, fleet repair services, warehouse services, and more.
