Woodson Sanitary Relief (12300)

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups, sewer overflows, and to improve creek bank stabilization, MSD Project Clear is constructing a project to replace approximately 4,000 feet of sewer and stabilize approximately 210 feet of a natural creek in the City of Chesterfield.

Schuetz Road Sanitary Relief (#10161) (Forest Brook Ln to Sunny Wood Ct)

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups, MSD Project Clear is constructing a project to install approximately 1,034 feet of wastewater sewer in Unincorporated St. Louis County, South of Schuetz Road and West of Lindbergh Boulevard. The Contractor selected for this project is Aztec Construction Specialties, LLC. Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin in Summer 2022.

White Plains Sanitary Relief (12280)

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, MSD Project Clear is designing a project to construct approximately 8,500 feet of wastewater pipe in City of Ladue. The project is estimated to begin construction as early as the Spring of 2023.

TM-01 Two Mile Creek Outfall Sanitary Relief (12231)

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, MSD Project Clear is designing a project to construct approximately 8,500 feet of wastewater pipe in City of Ladue. The project is estimated to begin construction as early as the Spring of 2023.

Lower Meramec Wastewater Treatment Facility Expansion Phase II (12255)

MSD Project Clear is improving its efforts to protect both public and environmental health with a planned construction project located at 7849 Fine Road. The construction site exists on MSD property and will consist of expanding and improving the Lower Meramec Wastewater Treatment Facility with an overall investment of over $117 million.

WC-33 La Padera – El Camara Storm Improvement (10351)

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups, sewer overflows, and to improve creek bank stabilization, MSD Project Clear is designing a project to replace approximately 1,682 feet of sewer and stabilizing approximately 680 feet of a natural creek in the Cities of Pasadena Hills and Northwoods. The project is estimated to begin construction in the Spring of 2022.

Friedens (Partial) I/I Reduction (12185)

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer surcharging, MSD Project Clear is designing and constructing more than 2,400 feet of wastewater sewer through this project.
