Geyer and Windsor Springs will reduce basement backups and sewer overflows by replacing undersized sewers in the Cities of Kirkwood and Sunset Hills, and improving the Windsor Springs pump station.

Banff Sanitary Relief (12085)

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, MSD Project Clear is designing a project to construct approximately 342 feet of wastewater pipe in Glasgow Village. The project is estimated to begin construction as early as the Fall of 2022.

Edmundson Sanitary Relief (#12159)

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer surcharging, MSD Project Clear is designing and constructing approximately 3,000 feet of wastewater sewer through the Edmundson Sanitary Relief project.

Valley Drive Sanitary Relief Phase III (13444)

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, MSD Project Clear is designing a project to construct approximately 8,500 feet of wastewater pipe in City of Ladue. The project is estimated to begin construction as early as the Spring of 2023.

Reynosa-Melitta Streambank Stabilization (#11630)

As part of a long-term effort, MSD Project Clear is providing channel stabilization and installing new sewer lines in Unincorporated South St. Louis County, south of Interstate-270 and East of Tesson Ferry Road. The Contractor selected to construct this project is DJM Ecological Services.

Market Street Improvements
